Mix an old Hitchcock masterpiece with a juicy spy novel, add a dash of Monty Python and you have The 39 Steps, Abridged, a face-paced ‘who-dun-it’ for anyone who loves the magic of theatre. This theatrical treat is packed with laughs, over 100 characters played by a ridiculously small ensemble, an onstage plane crash, handcuffs, missing fingers, and some good old-fashioned romance.
